There is a message on the log in screen saying a page could not be loaded.

Travelaxe needs a live Internet connection in order to work. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and can reach websites with Internet Explorer.

If you can reach websites with Internet Explorer but this message still appears, then there may be something interfering with your Internet connection. This can happen from the use of proxy, web accelerator, pop-up blocker, or adware software. If you have any of these installed, try disabling them and restart Travelaxe. If the problem still exists, please contact our support team.
