Who do I contact regarding questions about a reservation?
If you need to change or cancel a reservation, or if you have questions
regarding a reservation, you need to contact the website you actually booked
the reservation through. Travelaxe only provides the search services for
finding rates. Once you want to book travel (hotels, airfare, rental cars, etc.),
Travelaxe sends you to one of our partners' websites to actually make the
reservation. Travelaxe never handles reservations of any kind. Travelaxe
also never handles your credit card information.
