I try to log in, but the log in window closes and nothing happens. What do I do?

This is probably happening because the auto-update feature fails to complete. In order for auto-update to work, you need to make sure you have permission to write in your Travelaxe folder.

To make sure you have the current version of Travelaxe, you can manually update Travelaxe by downloading the latest release.

Travelaxe cannot be running when you try to update it manually. If you have Travelaxe open (even just the log in window), please close it.

You can download the latest Travelaxe update directly by clicking on this link:

When your Web browser displays the dialog asking you to save or open, click on Save. Now browse to your c:\program files\Travelaxe folder (or where ever you installed Travelaxe). It should ask you to overwrite the existing Travelaxe.exe file. Click Yes to overwrite the file. Now you should have the current version.
